Racking bolted down is a different question and needs looking at in person, because anchors and base plates affect how we detail around them. Raise it at the site visit rather than on day one.
It changes the sequence. Coating before a lift is installed is much cleaner, because anchors then go through a finished floor rather than the coating being worked around a fixed post. If the lift is already in, we work around it and detail the base plates. Mention it when you book so we plan for it.
