This project started with a cracked, moisture-prone slab that had already failed one DIY coating attempt. Our
crew diamond-ground to bare concrete, installed an MVB primer to stop vapor transmission for good, then
hand-applied a bronze and onyx metallic system finished with a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat.

Common Questions
Are these real North King Epoxy projects?
Yes. Every before and after on this page is a floor our own crew prepped and installed in the Greater Toronto Area. We do not use stock photos or supplier images.
Can epoxy fix concrete that is cracked or badly stained?
In most cases yes. Cracks get routed out and filled, oil stains get ground away, and the whole slab is diamond ground before anything is applied. That prep is why a finished floor looks nothing like what it started as.
What does a floor like these cost?
Flake systems run about $7 to $9 per square foot, quartz about $8 to $11, and metallic from $11 per square foot depending on the design. Size, slab condition and repairs all move the number, so the estimator gives you a closer figure.
