The Chemistry: Why DIY Kits Fail
Not all coatings are created equal. The "Epoxy Paint" you buy at a hardware store is roughly 50% water or solvent. When it dries, it evaporates, leaving a microscopically thin layer (2-4 Mils).

The "Secret Weapon": Polyaspartic Topcoat
We use Epoxy for the base coat (because it wicks deep into concrete) but we use Polyaspartic for the top coat. Polyaspartic is 4x stronger than epoxy, flexible, and completely immune to UV radiation. It creates a "bulletproof" shield over your floor.

Hydrostatic Pressure
Concrete is porous. Water vapor from the soil constantly pushes up through your basement or garage floor. If you paint over this with a standard kit, the vapor pressure builds up and blows the coating off the floor (like a bubble under a sticker).
Our Protocol: We measure the moisture levels of every floor. If high moisture is detected, we install a specialized Moisture Vapor Barrier (MVB) primer. This material withstands up to 25 lbs of pressure, locking the moisture down so your floor stays stuck forever.

Q: How long until I can drive on it?
A: You can walk on the floor in 24 hours. We recommend waiting 4-5 days before parking vehicles to ensure the chemical cure is 100% complete.
Q: Will salt damage this floor?
A: No. Our Polyaspartic topcoat is chemically impervious to road salt, oil, and gasoline.
