Serving Markham, York Region and the GTA

North King Epoxy is based in Markham, and we install epoxy,
polyaspartic and quartz flooring systems throughout the GTA,
garages, basements, porches, showrooms, kitchens, warehouses and workshops, for homeowners and businesses alike.

Being local matters more in this trade than people expect. Ontario concrete has a specific set of problems. Slabs go through dozens of freeze-thaw cycles a season, road salt gets tracked in from November through April, and garages swing from below freezing in January to genuinely hot in July. A contractor who works in this climate every year specifies floors differently than one who doesn’t.

We keep our service area tight for the same reason. It means we can get to your property quickly for the free inspection, keep to a schedule, and come back if you ever need us.

Frequently Asked Questions

My city is not on your list. Will you still come out?
Very likely. The list covers where we work most weeks, not a hard boundary. We take projects outside it regularly, particularly larger commercial and industrial jobs where the size of the floor justifies the drive. Tell us where you are and what you need and we will give you a straight answer rather than a maybe.
Not within our regular service area. Beyond it, distance can affect the quote on smaller residential jobs, because a crew and equipment travelling further is real cost on a small floor.
No. Our rates are the same across the service area. What changes the price is your concrete, how much repair and grinding it needs, whether moisture mitigation is required, and how easy the space is to get into. Two identical garages in two different cities price the same.
Because Ontario concrete has a specific set of problems. Dozens of freeze and thaw cycles a season, road salt tracked in from November through April, and garages that swing from below freezing in January to genuinely hot in July. A contractor who works in this climate every year specifies floors differently from one who does not.
It depends where you are. Markham is our home city, so those are usually the fastest. Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Thornhill and Stouffville are short drives and easy to schedule. Aurora, Newmarket and Toronto sit on regular routes. Tell us your timeline when you call and we will be honest about what we can hit.
Yes. Larger commercial and industrial projects are the ones we travel furthest for, because the square footage supports it. If you manage several properties we can quote them together and sequence the work, and keeping the specification consistent across sites makes future maintenance and recoating far simpler.
